Event Information
BLPN is heading to San Diego for Advanced Therapies Week (ATW), February 9–12th, at the San Diego Convention Center. Throughout the week, we’ll be aligning with the official ATW agenda, ensuring our Members gain access to the industry’s most relevant discussions, groundbreaking science, and high-value networking. In addition, Bullpen will be announcing exclusive Member benefits tied to ATW, designed to enhance the experience and create opportunities for deeper engagement across the community.
Advanced Therapies Week has become one of the most important gatherings in the field, bringing together leaders from across the cell, gene, and regenerative medicine landscape. The mission of ATW is to accelerate the development and delivery of transformative therapies by uniting researchers, investors, clinicians, regulators, and industry partners in one place. It’s a forum where science meets business, where critical partnerships are formed, and where the next wave of therapies begins to take shape.
For BLPN Members, ATW represents more than just a conference - it’s an opportunity to be at the center of a rapidly advancing ecosystem that is redefining the future of medicine. By combining the global reach of ATW with BLPN’s unique network of entrepreneurs, investors, and partners, we aim to ensure our community is well-positioned to make the most of this pivotal industry event.
“So the reason I got involved was the ability to network and expand our base. We’re based in Columbus and it’s not a hotbed for the medical device community… so that expansion of network has been key for us.”
— Doug Cohen, CEO, IRMedtek and Money Ball 2025 Spring Player
“A Founding Membership [to BLPN] was an Nvidia-type investment. It’s been great...a lot of people have been knocking on my door saying ‘How do I get in?’. BLPN has had strong growth but smart growth. It’s exciting to see that the quality has been maintained and that the spirit of ‘Find Someone to Help Repeat.’ is thriving…it’s like the Burning Man or the original Lalapalooza of JPM!”
— JoJo Platt, US Partnerships Lead, Corundum Neuroscience
“The networking that happens in the BLPN is second to none. And it’s not just in the US, it’s people from all over the world. As a company that’s not focused just on the US, having those connections in other markets and other parts of the world is helping to open doors. Both to enter into those markets and to understand the regulatory pathways to help us get to patients.”
— Geoff Tansley, BiVacor
